On behalf of the organizing committee of Leadership Management, Theotokis Travel has reserved a number of rooms at special rates in the following hotels for the participants:

The above rates are per room and per night and include breakfast and VAT.

Full prepayment is required for the guarantee of the reservation, charged by the agency. The amount will be debited to the credit card of the customer.

The confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you by e-mail to the indicated address.

Cancellation Policy:

The reservation may be cancelled without any penalty until 28/02/2011 and the prepaid deposit will be refunded directly to the credit card charged.
Between 01/03/2011 and 31/03/2011, the reservation may be cancelled with a penalty of 50% of the amount charged. 50% of the total reservation cost will be refunded to the credit card charged.
After 01/04/2011 the full amount charged for the reservation is non-refundable in case of room cancellation or non-show.
