The Hellenic Association of Medical Physicists (HAMP) and the Hellenic Society
of Nanotechnology in Health Sciences hosted the 2nd Panhellenic Congress of
Medical Physics on 4–6 October 2024 at the Eugenides Foundation, Athens.

The congress set out to highlight contemporary and innovative subjects in
medical physics and related scientific fields, and to encourage the exchange
of views among scientists — not only within medical physics itself, but across
the wider field of applied physical sciences in health.

The programme featured lectures from leading specialists in the field,
research papers and poster presentations, covering applications of ionising
and non-ionising radiation in medicine, medical informatics and artificial
intelligence, biomedical technology, nanomedicine and education.
